Receivership proceedings 

For one client, we convinced the housing court to postpone the appointment of a receiver so they could sell the property to a cash buyer. The sale netted the clients nearly $100K. Had the receiver been appointed, they would have received nothing. 

We did the same for another client who received more than $100K from the sale and had time to remove and relocate his possessions to another location.
