Fix conditions that prevent financing 

For one client, we financed and managed installation of a new septic system to replace the non-compliant one. This enabled her to sell the property to a retail buyer offering more than any cash buyers.

For another client, we evicted her ‘tenants from hell’ and then joint ventured the renovation of her property sufficient to remove the condition defects that prevented it from being sold to a retail buyer. Her property went from being financially ‘under water’, which would have required a short sale, and instead netted her tens of thousands of dollars at closing.
